Terms & Conditions Win Box – Malaysian Platform Terms of Use

01 Definitions & Interpretations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as defined:

• "Win Box" / "we" / "platform" – refers to the website and services operated under the domain winbox-khelo.com, including all games, Sports Betting, Live Casino and related services.
• "Player" / "you" / "user" – an individual who registers an account or uses any win box service.
• "Account" – a personal account registered by a player on win box to access all platform services.
• "Account Balance" – the total funds in your win box account at any given time, excluding bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" – any credit, free cash, free spins, or other incentive granted to a player by win box subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" – the minimum amount a player must wager before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• "Transaction" – any deposit, withdrawal, wager, or other financial activity conducted through your win box account.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use win box services, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. win box takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You are registering in your own name only and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• You may only hold one active account on win box at any time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
• The information you provide upon registration is true, accurate and up to date. win box reserves the right to verify all such information at any time.
• You are not on the active self-exclusion list of any responsible gambling program.

03 Player Account

Once your win box account is successfully registered, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under that account. Your responsibilities include the following:

• Keep your win box username and password confidential. win box will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other channel. If you receive such a request, it did not come from win box — report it to our support team immediately.
• Notify win box immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization or if you notice any suspicious activity.
• Ensuring that your personal account information – including your phone number and email address – is kept up to date for communication and security verification purposes.
• Win box reserves the right to temporarily freeze or restrict any account showing signs of suspicious activity pending the completion of an investigation.

The identity verification process (KYC – Know Your Customer) is a mandatory industry-standard requirement. win box may request identity verification documents such as a copy of your identification card, bank statement or proof of address before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold. This is a security measure designed to protect you, not an administrative burden.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

Win box supports a wide range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysians. All financial transactions are handled to the highest security standards.

Accepted Deposit Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX member banks). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 and credits typically appear within three minutes of the transaction being confirmed.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing via another person's payment method is prohibited and may result in your account being frozen.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per withdrawal transaction.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 10–60 minutes for eWallets and 1–3 working days for bank transfers. This timeframe may be longer while a KYC verification is in progress.
• Win box reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method before processing any withdrawal, where required for security or fraud prevention purposes.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method — funds deposited via TNG eWallet, for example, will be returned to the same TNG eWallet when a withdrawal is made.

05 Bonus & Promotions

Win box offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and limits that must be understood before they are accepted.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new players who register and make their first deposit. Each player is eligible for the welcome bonus once only, for the lifetime of their account. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once through new accounts constitutes fraud and a breach of these terms.
• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses are subject to the minimum wagering requirements stated in the terms of each promotion. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full. Standard wagering requirements range from 20× to 35× the bonus value, depending on the type of promotion.
• Game Restrictions for Bonuses: Some games may be excluded or carry a different contribution percentage towards wagering requirements. Please check the details of each promotion for the list of eligible games.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a stated validity period. Bonuses that are unused or wagering requirements that remain unfulfilled within the validity period will expire automatically.
• Win box reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, fraud or exceptional circumstances requiring immediate action.

06 Sports Betting Rules

This section outlines the general rules that apply to all Sports Betting on win box, including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and all other sports available on the platform.

• Minimum Bet: The minimum Sports Betting stake on win box is RM 5 per single bet and RM 5 per match in a parlay.
• Maximum Bet: Maximum bet limits vary by sport, league and market type. win box reserves the right to reduce bet limits for any player or match at any time without providing a specific reason.
• Market Closure: win box reserves the right to close any betting market at any time before a match begins, particularly where there is suspicious information regarding the outcome of that match.
• Void Bets: Bets accepted after an event has already started (without an active in-play feature), or bets accepted due to a technical error in the odds, may be voided by win box and stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled before the minimum play time set by the provider has been completed, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. If a match is postponed but resumes within 48 hours, bets remain valid.
• Cash Out: The cash out feature is available for eligible bets and is entirely at win box's discretion. win box reserves the right to withdraw the cash out feature for specific matches or markets at any time.

07 Casino Game Rules

The following rules apply to all casino games on win box, including slots, table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, poker), live casino, and other specialty games.

• The outcomes of all software-based casino games are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) that has been verified and certified by an independent body. Results are final and cannot be disputed.
• If your internet connection is lost during an active game after a bet has been placed, the game will be settled using win box's server data and the result will be determined based on those records. win box is not responsible for any losses caused by a disconnection on the player's end.
• Any obvious technical error in a game – such as an incorrectly displayed odds or a clearly erroneous payout – is not binding on win box. win box reserves the right to correct such errors and adjust account balances accordingly.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any tool that assists in making game decisions automatically is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

08 Prohibited Activities

Win box takes a firm stance against any activity that attempts to defraud the platform, other players, or the payment system. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Identity Fraud: Registering using false information or another person's identity.
• Multiple Accounts: Owning or using more than one win box account, whether directly or through a family member or associate, with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Money Laundering: Using win box as a channel to transfer or conceal funds obtained illegally.
• Game Manipulation: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus payment system.
• Hacking & Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to access win box systems without authorization, inject malicious code, or disrupt platform operations.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Intentionally exploiting bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities on the win box platform for unauthorized gain.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Win box reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Requests from relevant authorities or a court of law.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player.

Players may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting the win box support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned once the verification process is complete and there are no outstanding active bets.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, win box shall not be liable for:

• Any monetary loss or unrealised gain resulting from the use of the win box platform, including loss of opportunity.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond win box's control, such as internet outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or natural disasters.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of or inability to use the win box platform.
• Errors or omissions in information provided by third parties, including odds providers and game providers.

Win box's maximum total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed that player's net deposits over the 12 months preceding the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

In summary, your personal data is collected solely for account management, payment processing, identity verification and service-related communications. win box does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for platform operations and with regulatory authorities when required by law.

12 Responsible Gaming
